2. Able to lead and command a team of welders & fitters.
3. Possess good problem solving skills and proactive.
4. Possess a sound knowledge in technical drawing.
5. Well versed in various welding inspection tools and
Non-Destructive Test requirements.
6. Maintain and update controlling and coordination of
weight estimates and performance within development of
general arrangement plan and outfits.
7. Resolving plant technical issues. |

3. Technical, hands-on ability/experience.
4. Focus on customer satisfaction with a preparedness to "do
what it takes to get things done".
5. Experience with implementing solutions to improve production
efficiency.
6. Knowledge and ability to utilize MRP systems. |
